Return Policy
If you return a Product to us
If you are contracting as a consumer under the Regulations, because you have canceled the Contract between us within thirty days, we will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day on which you returned the Product to us. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full.
For any other reason (for instance, because you have notified us that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of our findings and (where applicable) confirm your refund (or our reasons why we believe you are not entitled to a refund) via email or a text message on your given contact number within a reasonable period of time. We will usual ly process the refund as soon as possible.
In any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective Product in full. Refunds will not be available where we reasonably find that the Product has been damaged following delivery to you. For refunds not covered by the Regulations, where we accept that the goods are faulty, we may, at our discretion refund a proportion of the price where we find that the Product has suffered wear and tear as a result of your possession of it.
We will refund any money received from you, normally by using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will not be liable to you for any fluctuation in currency exchange rates.
Payment Policy
Any order placed with Maximus, including via the website, over the telephone or in person, with respect to your acceptance and compliance with these terms and conditions. Maximus reserves the right to reject an order.
Maximus accept payment via the following methods, and are able to reject payments that do not comply with the following list:

Maximus do not have the facilities to offer payment plans. We will contact you via email or phone to let you know when your order is complete.
We have the right to reject orders for multiple items where it is clear that the intention is to choose between the items once made, and return the rest. As the majority of our orders are made specifically for you, we invest time and skill to craft each ring and we would be unable to support such a model if items were bought in the knowledge of being returned before they had even been made.
Customs and taxes
We do not collect or pay any customs, VAT, duties or surcharges incurred by the item upon arrival in your country. We highly recommend that you check the customs and VAT policies in your area before you complete your order, such that there are no unpleasant surprises when your package arrives.
