1. If you are contracting as a consumer under the Regulations, because you have cancelled the Contract between us within thirty days, we will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day on which you returned the Product to us. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full.
2. For any other reason (for instance, because you have notified us that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of our findings and (where applicable) confirm your refund (or our reasons why we believe you are not entitled to a refund) via email or a text message on your given contact number within a reasonable period of time. We will usual ly process the refund as soon as possible.
3. In any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective Product in full. Refunds will not be available where we reasonably find that the Product has been damaged following delivery to you. For refunds not covered by the Regulations, where we accept that the goods are faulty, we may, at our discretion refund a proportion of the price where we find that the Product has suffered wear and tear as a result of your possession of it.
4. We will refund any money received from you, normally by using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will not be liable to you for any fluctuation in currency exchange rates.
