Any order placed with Maximus, including via the website, over the telephone or in person, with respect to your acceptance and compliance with these terms and conditions. Maximus reserves the right to reject an order.

Maximus accept payment via the following methods, and are able to reject payments that do not comply with the following list:

• Debit and Credit cards
• Online Payment ( eg. PayPal, Net Banking)
• Bank transfer
• Cash payments

Maximus do not have the facilities to offer payment plans. We will contact you via email or phone to let you know when your order is complete.

We have the right to reject orders for multiple items where it is clear that the intention is to choose between the items once made, and return the rest. As the majority of our orders are made specifically for you, we invest time and skill to craft each ring and we would be unable to support such a model if items were bought in the knowledge of being returned before they had even been made.
